Financial Information
We will inform you of estimated fees and payment before treatment begins. The examination and consultation fee is due at this visit. We do not participate with any insurance company, group or association. As a courtesy, our staff will file your insurance claims for you. Fees are due at the time treatment is rendered. We require you read and sign a financial agreement for the proposed treatment. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If you have deposited an excessive co-payment, it will be refunded to you. We do offer a courtesy discount if full case fees are paid in advance of treatment with cash or check.
For your convenience we accept VISA, DISCOVER, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CARE CREDIT (see below), PERSONAL CHECKS, and CASH. If you have any questions, please ask our staff.

Multiple Visit Payment Options
For your convenience, payments may be made with cash, personal check, and bank draft, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If you have any questions, please ask our staff. Option 1: Full Payment for services is required at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in advance.
Option 2: Pay As You Go Plans- Payment is made per treatment rendered (at the time of each service). For individuals desiring a more flexible payment option, the pay as you go plan may be the best choice. This plan allows patients to pay for each individuals treatment as their budget allows
Option 3: Dental Line of Credit – CARECREDIT offers Special Financing and low monthly payment options, no up-front costs, and no-prepayment penalties. We offer CareCredit. Option 4: Outside Financing: For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, financing may be available from your bank or lending institution.
Option 5: The “In House” Reardon Dental Plan. Please inquire with the staff.
Emergency/Single-Visit Payments
For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and CARECREDIT ).
